WHAT IF JESUS HAD BEEN ABORTED AND THE STABLE EMPTY?

An Empty Stable?

What if Mary had been full of fear instead of faith?  What if she was so afraid of endangering her engagement to Joseph that she went to procure herbs to induce an abortion, before Jesus could barely start developing in her womb?

Herbs Used As Abortifacents In The Ancient World

The greatest tragedy of all Mankind's history would have occurred!

All of civilization would be radically different if the Messiah promised as far back as Adam in the Garden of Eden, had not arrived.

Again as in Isaiah 7:14:

"But this shall be a sign unto you: And a virgin shall conceive and bring forth a child..."

Also promised even as to the location of his birth by the ancient prophet Micah:

"But thou Bethlehem Ephrata, thought thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he  come forth unto Me, that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting."

What a horrible travesty it would have been if  Jesus had been conceived in our modern days when aborted babies have their faces ripped off to seize their brains, their chests crushed and punctured so their hearts or lungs can be sold on the black market as they are torn apart limb by limb.

Earth's varying civilizations would dwell in deep, deep darkness if the "Light of The World" had not come.

John 8:12   "Then spoke Jesus again unto them saying, "I am the light of the world: He that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life."

Had Mankind even survived to our present era, the world would have been a far more somber, joyless place. If Mankind's warring factions had not killed each other off before our COMMON ERA, (renamed by those who want to forget Christ's influence on Earth's development), humans would be even more vicious and bloodthirsty than they are - if that's even possible.

Western culture would be far less enlightened, as well.

Before the birth of Christ there were four major world religions. The far East embraced a religion without a Savior, only a teacher. The Indian sub-continent embraced Vedic writings from thousands of years before, at least partially embracing death, since Shiva is worshipped as the many-armed goddess of Death.

Shiva: Goddess of Death; "Destroyer of Worlds"

Then we are left with the religions emanating from two half-brothers. One of the half brothers became the antecedent to a religion of peace, laws and a forth-coming Messiah. The other half-brother only promised a culture of death, constantly trying to kill off the younger, more favored brother...his descendents even vowing to do so until this very day. Their territorial imperative, disguised as a religion, forces itself on the rest of the world by both stealth and threat of violence.

The religions that have most influenced the Western world, Judaism and Christianity - both invite a culture of hope, charity, the concept of being one's brother's keeper...a Good Samaritan. The very essence of joy exudes from these two religions, as opposed to the heavy hand of death or no lasting or truly satisfying answers in the search for the questions of life.

Western civilization has been greatly strengthened and upheld by the concept of laws, and the orderly government of societies large and small. This was especially instituted by the Law of Moses.

These laws currently embellish the walls of court buildings and state houses across America, though it is no longer fashionable to revere or display them in the United States. In fact the core values that once made America great are even now being eroded by this lack of esteem for the rock solid values upon which this once-outstanding nation stood.

If the European world had not been influenced by Christianity it would never have developed into the Europe we know today. The Renaissance would never have occurred.  Think of all the art, music and inventions that would never have existed!

Instead of being "enlightened" mankind would exist in a perpetual state of darkness. Instead of one Hitler, there would probably have been many. Weapons of war, destruction and pain would have been the only creative use of men's minds. Depravity, if not cannibalism would have utterly sunk most cultures before they barely began.

Instead, those who currently call themselves "illumined" thinking they will rid the world of "useless eaters" under Agenda 21, going backwards to a time before the influence of Christ, are determined to throw off the reins of conscience and morals. But the Bible says in Psalms 2 that God is not only laughing at these global rulers, but will basically have them for "breakfast" like toasted crunchies when His Son returns in flaming fire.

Psalm 2:1-4   "Why do the heathen rage and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the Earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against His Anointed, saying, 'Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall have them in derision.'

According to their book," The Emergence of The European World", Blum, Cameron and Barnes say:

"As a social phenomenon civilization grows and is transmitted by means of social processes. The growth of civilization is essentially the proliferation and elaboration of all the elements of which civilization is composed."
Another very profound statement proposed by these authors is:
"The confrontation of a relatively primitive society by an advanced or civilized society usually results in at least a partial adoption by the former of the civilizations of the latter. IF HOWEVER, THE CIVILIZED SOCIETY IS FEEBLE, IT MAY SUCCUMB AND ITS CIVILIZATION MAY EXPIRE."

Now this also works another way. The confrontation of a civilized culture by a barbaric one does not guarantee that the barbaric culture will be influenced by the civilized one. In a truly weakened society, divided by political, racial, social, economic and other divisions, the barbarians might indeed prevail, given enough time, and enough multiple, fast-growing reproduction of babies by not just primary family units, but multiple baby-making machines called "wives".

This is where Europe and presently America find themselves today, with the influx of large numbers of imposters masquerading their desire for world conquest under the mask of religion. The term "religion" is used so that any opposition to the incoming invaders can be suppressed under the peer pressure manipulation called "political correctness". What started as a dispute between half brothers has evolved into a clash of civilizations.

It might as well be because it seems that Jesus Christ has been ABORTED from our culture. In his book, "How Then Shall We Live" the great philosopher Francis Schaeffer held forth the concept that whenever a culture stopped adhering to "absolutes' the death knell rang for that culture. He and his wife spent over twenty years studying world civilizations and came to that conclusion. A film presentation which documents the truths of this observation can be seen.

The cultural expansion of Europe would not have happened without the spread of Christianity, (the Jewish sect introduced by the birth, death, and resurrection of one of King David's royal descendents).

"Christianization gave to the European world a unity and cultural cohesiveness that was the ideological foundation of its civilization", say the writers of "The Emergence of the European World".

Hope would not be present in this world without the birth of Jesus Christ. It was Jesus, Himself that brought hope to Earth. The promise of eternal life. Compassion for others.

There would never have been world explorers without hope. Medicine, learning and science could never have flourished so rapidly as they have until today without the element of hope which Jesus brought onto this planet. Without the element of hope there is no exploration or discovery.

There might not have even been an America had it not been for the birth of that Babe-in-a-manger. Christopher (Christ's namesake) Colombus' diary itself tells how he felt "led" by God's Holy Spirit in the discovery of the New World. It was not just the desire to find gold that spurred on Christophe Colon's voyages to the Americas. His very own writings reveal his desire to share Christ with a land that did not know Him.

Men's equality under God comes from the very basic concepts of Christianity, as does FREEDOM. as we make our way to what many call the "post-Christian era", having now aborted Jesus Christ from our schools, governmental centers, our churches and our lives, we can expect darkness to fall upon the face of Western civilization. Yes. Indeed. Even upon the face of America. As we have forcibly ejected the pure God-Child from our nation, we will see the after-effect of this violent abortion upon America's once-warm and productive womb.

No longer will America be the World's Protector, defender and bastion of liberty. No longer can America sustain the "Light that was lit upon its hill". For it has forcibly snuffed out that Light.

As the United States tries to continually quench out the light of Jesus Christ burning dimly in some recesses of our nation, darkness will fall upon the Earth.

Unless we recognize that the Baby which was born in Bethlehem, was the source of this planet's life and light, and achievements given to Mankind by God Almighty, we will be like people who sit in great darkness.

Thank God the stable did not stand empty! God picked the right virgin! Mary did not abort Jesus. She gave birth! He grew up. Became Emmanuel (God with us), and left the light of His Holy Spirit, His teachings, and His followers.

But as darkness is allowed to arise... As truth is exchanged for lies, good called evil and evil called good, we shall face a day of reckoning... not only as a nation...not only as a civilization...but as an entire planet.

As He came once as "a little lamb" He shall now come as a roaring lion. No matter how hard we try to eject or reject Him from our culture or our lives. Have no doubt. He will come again! Soon. Just as the prophecies for His First Arrival had to be fulfilled and COULD NOT BE ABORTED, so shall His Second Coming happen as well. It shall not be stopped, no matter how hard the midwives of evil attempt it. Even if they were to try to change the timeline - the very fabric of history itself - the prophecies will be fulfilled. They shall not be aborted.

The birth pangs of Earth like a woman in labor have begun. Earth's writhing in labor is happening faster, harder.  The cries of Earth and its inhabitants reach to the very heights of Heaven. And He will arrive - very soon. He cannot be stopped. He will come again!
