                         IS IT HEAVEN OR HELL?

WATCHED A SCI-FI MOVIE LAST NIGHT CALLED "SHUFFLE". I laid down to sleep but kept thinking about the movie. It was a serious concept and a great love story.

The main character dies at the age of 92, after switching back and forth through many ages of his life to solve a mystery.  So I was thinking about this character who dies at 92, and remembered that my own grandfather died at 93. Some of my other grandparents died younger. I suddenly realized that for me that age was only about thirty years away. And time goes by fast. Five years seems like a second. A decade seems like a minute.

When I think about all the years that have flown by in my life I realized that despite my love for God and my deep relationship with Him, I still retain a slight FEAR OF DEATH.

My younger sister seems to have more peace of mind,  even shows eagerness about dying. Not only is she an eight year breast cancer survivor, but she lost her youngest of five sons in a canoe accident several years ago. She has said to me since then that she can hardly wait to get to Heaven to see her "Baby".

But I also know that my restlessness about the idea of "dying" comes more from the "fear of the unknown". I am sure that we as individuals don't end when our spirits leave our bodies. I am convinced of life after death.

Even the First Law of Thermodynamics insists that there is simply an exchange of energy. No energy can ever actually cease to exist. Our thoughts and minds consist of energetic particles apart from our physical brain structure. Brains are merely hardware or "wetware" as the case may be.

Working in a nursing home I have watched the death scenes of dying residents. They vary.

Having recently seen a radiant glow on the face of a dying patient, who would have seemed the most unlikely candidate to be a devout Christian, I believe that her countenance reflected Heaven's glory.

She was a former "stripper" and drug addict, who was also a cartoonist/artist. She uttered profanities constantly, begged everyone at the nursing home for alcoholic beverages, and carried her artwork, her Bible, and a book by Joyce Meyer around... despite the fact that she was mentally unable to read them. She no longer was able to do artwork, but loved looking at it.

She had told me several times, in her more lucid moments, that she was a "Christian". So at some point in her life, perhaps in the midst of her addictions, she had an encounter with the Messiah.

 Even in her hampered mental state, with no short-term memory just like in the movie "50 First Dates" with Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler, she experienced each new day without memories.

This once-beautiful woman DID REMEMBER that she was a Christian, despite the
fact that she couldn't control her behaviors due to physical and mental conditions.

When I saw the bright glow on her face as she was dying, I KNEW SHE WAS ON HER WAY TO WHAT WE CALL "HEAVEN". She was reflecting the glow of her destination point.

But what is heaven like? Do we retain our individual personality? Or do we become members of a group-think hive-mind like the "Borg" in Star Trek shows and movies?

I highly doubt it. I believe our personalities survive in a "purified" form, especially for the citizens of the Upcoming City of New Jerusalem. One of the reasons I say that is because the Bible says:

"This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone. A new life has begun." II Corinthians 5:17   NLT

That purity of heart and mind comes about through Christianity's conversion process of heart, mind and spirit, and by the "Washing of the water of the Word" mentioned in  Ephesians 5:26.

I have no doubt that Jesus Christ's finished work on Calvary and His Resurrection that first Easter morning has become our escape from TRUE Death. True death is a dismal existence, and much as people don't like to talk about "Hell" or even believe in such a concept the Bible does make reference to it. It is certainly far removed from the place of light, love and energy that we call "Heaven".

(The Second Death:   Revelation 20:6, Revelation 20:14, and Revelation 21:8)

Does "Heaven" differ from religion to religion as some philosophers and even psychologists imply? Is Heaven simply a "construct" of the mind based on our expectations of the after-life we have come to expect?

How do the 72 virgins promised to martyrs of one religion differ from the Nirvana state of pure bliss without form or even a sense of individuality, equate with the Heaven promised in the Old and New Testaments of the Hebrew-based Christian Bible?

First of all the "72 Virgins" would be waiting to be simply sexual objects, vessels to contain the lust of men who would force their sexual desires upon these virtual slaves by considering that the objects were lesser beings by virtue of their gender. Heaven would not be heaven at all if that were the case.

Second, Heaven would only be "a garden of Earthly delights", a faint glimmer of that celestial location's true potential reality. 

Nirvana might sound inviting, but nothing else can compare to being in the Presence and Throne-room of our great God and Savior Yeshua Ha Machiach. (Revelation 15:2).

The hive-mind concept has more in common with the so called Nirvana state which is purported to be "a perfect state...an idyllic place where there is no suffering, desire, or SENSE of SELF".

But most hospice nurses will tell you: dying patients recognize individuals and distinct family members often waiting for us on "The other side". They often wait in welcome for those in transition to that other dimensional space.

Heaven is a place so pure that only the purest of heart and mind will dwell there. Otherwise how could it possibly be Heaven? All the angst and rage, greed and suffering of mankind would be there too. That is not my idea, nor the Bible's depiction of Heaven.

The Messiah arrived on Earth in the form of an innocent infant according to prophecies sprinkled all throughout the Hebrew writings. He became Emmanuel, God With Us, (Matthew 1:23), who cloaked His Spirit inside a human body, to experience the pain and joys of human suffering, and then to throw Himself willingly upon a painful cross, and trust that the other part of His Spirit-Being, "Yaweh", would raise Him back to life again. That is why we call Him a Triune Being. But He is also One God, at the same time. Yes it is a "mystery" but one His Spirit can help you to understand.

I John 5:7 states:  For there are three who bear record in Heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost, and THESE THREE ARE ONE.

In John 10:30 Jesus said, "I AND THE FATHER ARE ONE."

Philippians 5:2 says "But made himself of no reputation and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men."

Jesus Himself said, " I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No man comes to the Father except by me". In other words, belief in Jesus/Yeshua as Savior/Messiah is the only way to traverse the Bridge between here and the Kingdom of Yaweh or Father God, as many like to call Him.

He also gave up His life willingly. No man and not even all the forces of Hell could have wrestled it from Him if He had not willingly given it as a gift to all mankind.

He stated clearly in John 10:18:  No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down and I have power to take it up again." referring to His LIFE.

If Jesus/Yeshua  was able to trust God, the Father, who had to separate Himself from His Son for a short space of time as death was allowed to overcome Him momentarily, and then the Warrior God Mighty Yeshua forcibly rushed into Abraham's Bosom and Gehenna, to release the righteous captives who had died before His  Human Birth...bypassed the touch of his disciples before appearing before the Father's Throne - surely we too will follow His example of chasing death into the Victory of Resurrection!

Colossians 2:15:   "And having spoiled principalities and powers, He made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it."

Yes. He did struggle with the idea of death, bearing the enormity of the sins of all humanity for all time...a terrible weight. Perhaps He also knew that He would be cut off from his Beloved Father for a short time, who was also an integral part of Him, (as the Trinity).

In the Garden of Gethsemane He sweated what the Bible describes as "great drops like blood" . So even Jesus leaving His physical body to die for all Mankind, subsequently defeating the forces of Hell and Death, even wrenching the keys of Hell and Death from that fallen, former angel, Pretender-to-the-Throne...(Lucifer), even Jesus struggled with His impending death.            

And three days (our time) later, when Jesus/Yeshua was resurrected from the dead, the anointing for LIFE was so powerful, that some of the righteous who had died before, in Jerusalem, came back to life again!

Matthew 27:50-53 reads:

Jesus when He had cried again with a loud voice yielded up the ghost [spirit]. And behold the veil in the Temple was rent in two from the top to the bottom. And the earth did quake and the rocks rent. And the graves were opened and many bodies of the saints which slept AROSE and CAME OUT OF THEIR GRAVES AFTER THE RESURRECTION,AND WENT INTO THE HOLY CITY..."

If the Heavenly Father can work so dynamically on behalf of Jesus, surely He has great plans for us! 

The Living Bible says it this way:

"No eye has seen, nor ear has heard and no mind has imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him."   I Cor. 2:9

Ministry leader, Coleen Clark, accepted Jesus as her Savior... 

Almost 60 years ago - at the age of five. Born into the Evangelical Lutheran Church, she was baptized as a baby and attended Sunday Schools there. She also started singing Gospel music on a local radio station at the age of three. Eventually she would travel to churches around Pennsylvania to sing.

When she was ten her father switched the family to the Baptist Church, a non-descript storefront entity filled with lively praise and teaching of the Bible "line by line" as they say. There she received a thorough "grounding" in the word.

At 18 she received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit at a Full Gospel Businessman's Fellowship meeting. But the story doesn't end there. She went through decades of pruning and discipline during the years of youthful rebellion following her parents' tragic divorce.

Being molded by God after years of being "hammered" into shape as the Lord sometimes must do to His clay creations), she ended up through a series of miracles, at Christ For The Nations Bible Institute, in 1977. Later she also received ministerial training at the International Bible Institute, an outgrowth of Gerald Derstine's Gospel Retreat Ministry in Bradenton, FL.

She served on several worship dance teams, as well as a worship band, for about five years, (at the former Harvest Fellowship Church, in Davie, FL).

Before recently moving from Florida she also served as Vice President of Administration for Boynton Beach Area Aglow Chapter.

She currently spends much time ministering to the sick and elderly in hospitals and nursing homes, though she has previously spoken to women's groups, and at hospital chapel services. She also has accepted international singing engagements and invitations to speak, has written three books, one of which is soon to be published on Kindle ebooks.  It is called "I FELL FOR PARIS".  Two other books for whom she is looking for publishers are "REACH UP HIGHER" and "BACK TO THE WOMB, BUTTERFLY".

With a heart for Israel and the Jewish people, Messiah Jesus and His Return are central to her ministry focus.

WILL BILLY GRAHAM'S DEATH ENSURE DAYLIGHT SAVINGS?

So once again we have "LEAPED FORWARD" into "DAYLIGHT SAVINGS", causing a great number of us to lose sleep.

Heart attacks, strokes, car accidents  and depression rise statistically, especially after Spring's jump forward. Missing the sleep that most chronically sleep-deprived Americans have a hard time getting in the first place, can put a strain on a population already stressed by crazy weather changes, constant news of earthquakes and the threat of war.

What I lose sleep over is the passing of evangelist Billy Graham.

It was especially real to me because my father sang in Billy Graham's choir. He always loved Mr. Graham's soloists George Beverly Shea, Cliff Barrows and their old hymns.

Dad also often talked about the time he met President Truman's daughter Margaret during one of Graham's crusades. He always spoke of her with such awe that he must have considered it a great privilege to have had that personal encounter.
       

Many members of the Christian prophetic community have had both visions and "Words from the Lord" about Billy's passing.

 

 Common Usage - Educational Purposes Only

Most of these words of prophecy place Reverend Graham's death as a "WHEN THE OTHER SHOE DROPS" moment in time.

It does signal an event in the so called momentum of "Post-Christian" America.

But does it have to be, forgive me, the "Final Nail In The Coffin"? Or can it be- as some of the prophetically-gifted members of Christ's Body declare -A NEW BEGINNING?

Or rather a last blast of Revival before truly awful and woeful sorrows are poured out on the world, during the Time of Tribulation?

Some have said that with the death of the powerful evangelist, that his anointing for winning souls, his "mantle" so to speak, will fall on ALL of Jesus' current disciples WHO WILL FOLLOW THE CALL. Those who are obedient to God and "pick up" the anointing left behind by Brother Graham could ensure that the last Great Outpouring of God's Holy Spirit in this era could come before Jesus Christ's Return.

Just as Elisha picked up Elijah's mantle so can we who are willing pick up the mantle or so-called gift of the Holy Spirit for winning numberless souls. Just think if so many obeyed this End Time Call that there were MILLIONS of "Billy Grahams" criss-crossing the earth! Or shall we say "CRISIS CROSSING" BECAUSE WE ARE INDEED IN A TIME OF GREAT CRISIS.

As the NFL forges its own "passing" with "political correctness" that never should have entered the American sports arena, causing the loss of truly millions of fans... Maybe instead football stadiums across the United States will fill with shouting fans of Jesus. Perhaps praise and worship and joy and laughter will fill these now emptying stadiums with shouts of healing and salvation. 

Those Christians who cannot believe we are living in the End Days must own VERY DUSTY BIBLES!

To those I say get that Bible down off the shelf and read it!

It is on my heart to also say, "You have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton, you have nourished your heart as in a day of slaughter."  James 5:5

In other words, even though declaring to be a "Christian" perhaps by only once having "accepted Jesus into your heart", but never getting to know Him, never reading His Word, never establishing a personal relationship with Him, you still think you are going to heaven?

There are many who have called themselves "Christian", thinking one moment of remorse is all it takes to become a Christian. Then they go on to live all the earthly pleasures their souls can devour, feeding themselves upon everything life has to offer, to the point of fattening their own hearts as farmers do pigs set aside for slaughter.

       BILLY GRAHAM'S MOST IMPORTANT QUOTE

"Some years ago, my wife, Ruth , was reading the draft of a book I was writing. When she finished a section describing the terrible downward spiral of our nation's moral standards and the idolatry of worshipping such gods as technology and sex, she startled me by exclaiming, 'If God doesn't punish America, He'll have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah'.

"She was probably thinking of a passage in Ezekiel where God tells why He brought those cities to ruin."

Jesus Himself spoke about the punishment awaiting the unrepentant and unbelieving geographical locations of certain cities. It applies as well to nations.

 "But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom, in the day of Judgement, than for thee."   Matthew 11:24 KJV

I think frequently about the verse John 9:4:

"I MUST WORK THE WORKS OF HIM THAT SENT ME WHILE IT IS DAY: THE NIGHT COMETH WHEN NO MAN CAN WORK"

 If you haven't noticed the spiritual "darkness" falling upon America and consequently the rest of the world, then you are blind.

The End Times are here. I have explained this in numerous previous blog entries so will not take the time to prove the points.      

We Christians must get the message out about Salvation and Healing in the Cross of the Resurrected Jesus Christ before it is too late! The truth is right now being expunged from the Internet where truth-tellers are being banned.

How long will it be before we can no longer mention the Name of Jesus Christ, nor read our Bibles? You had better read the Word of God while you can. I guarantee you that later on the Book of Books will be banned. Perhaps not in the next few years but perhaps shortly thereafter.

If you think the slight Anti-Christian persecution you may suffer in your workplace is hard now, wait until being a Christian costs you your life! Wait until you have to decide whether to take the Mark of the Beast on your hand or forehead to get paid for work, or buy groceries or pay rent!

Oh - great darkness is coming. The day of time is short that we can still get out the Good News of Salvation in Christ Jesus!

Don't wait for someone else to do it!

Other prophetic Christian leaders have said that after Billy Graham's death, the ever-increasing strange events, weather, and other weird things that have been happening WILL ACCELERATE. That's quite possible!

So then, will you be part of the Wise who win many to righteousness before the Return of the Lord Jesus? Do you want to be an Eternal Star in God's Kingdom?

Rather than those who try to win a type of fake immortality through film and music recordings? Those films and music recordings will fall to ash in the dust of a ruined civilization.

But the deeds you do here on Earth, right now, to win others to Jesus, will cause you to shine eternally like the STARS OF HEAVEN it says in the book of Daniel 12:3...NASB

"Those who have insight will shine brightly like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those WHO LEAD THE MANY TO RIGHTEOUSNESS, LIKE THE STARS FOREVER AND EVER."

In other words, if instead of spending your days surfing the Internet, playing computer games or following twitter, or loafing on the sofa watching the fading glory of the NFL...what if you LEAPED FORWARD OFF THE COUCH AND SPENT YOUR DAYS WINNING OTHERS TO JESUS CHRIST? You would really be putting DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME to good use!

Then all of your lost sleep would serve an eternal purpose!

The night is over. The Day of the Lord is nearly here. So let's throw off old habits that have kept us from following Christ with all of our hearts and winning others to Him! Let's be bearers of His Light! Rom. 13:12 (My paraphrase.)

But you are NOT IN DARKNESS that the Lord's Soon Coming would surprise you by stealth! I Thess. 5:4 (My paraphrase.)

Even the Book of Wisdom - Proverbs 11:30 says:

"The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise." KJV


So, in a sense your life will leave behind you A TREE OF LIFE and I guarantee you will see the fruit of that tree when you get to heaven. That is - if you are wise enough to win many to salvation!

So let's all get on the J-Team! Billy Graham's passing should help us to see that his life's example is one to be followed, but which we can even improve on.

Since the wave of the Charismatic Movement in the Body of Christ in the 1970's, we have learned that there is far more to the Salvation experience than making a one-time commitment, to follow Jesus.

We have learned that there is such a thing as The Baptism of the Holy Spirit which empowers us.There is HEALING in the Name of JESUS! That the Blood of Jesus can deliver us from diseases bodily and mentally. That there is deliverance from demonic obsession, possession or acting out which we see much of these days.

That includes several incidents of people eating other people's faces off as in the case several years ago in both Jupiter, Florida, and four years before, in downtown Miami. Blame it on some illegal bath-salts drug if you want, but there was a spiritual condition in those men for the drugs to affect them that that way.

Yes. It really DID happen in 2012. I was in Florida and watched it on the local news channels. Here are some other links to articles about the cannibalistic attack, after which Miami police shot the man chewing off the other's face. That included his nose and both of his eyes. OVERWHELMED BY PEACE FOR THE CLOSENESS OF HIS COMING

     

You know the card says "Peace on Earth". But we are right now closer to nuclear war than at any time since the Cuban Missile Crisis. You would realize that if you are paying attention to the REAL NEWS on the internet and not the stolen U.S. television media.

Everywhere I went yesterday I heard people arguing and fighting. Those "in the know" realize that the spirits of discord and lawlessness have been unleashed everywhere.

The Globalists want to bring every nation together, serving one religion and one man, under a false semblance of peace.

But we know that Jesus Christ/Yeshua Ha Meshiach, will bring the only true peace on Earth when He comes - THE SECOND TIME - His SECOND ADVENT.

Back when the angels sang and rejoiced in the skies above the shepherds, saying "Peace on Earth, Good Will to Men", they must have been referring to His Second Coming.

For we know as a babe-in-the-manger, He only brought peace to the hearts of some - those who would welcome Him as Savior and Healer.

If you've ever seen the documentary "Star of Bethlehem" you will know that the particular planetary and constellational alignments that occurred December 25th, 2 B.C. have profound evidence for being that so-called "star".

However, this past September 23rd, 2017, that same planetary alignment occurred again, in a most remarkable way, for the 1st time in 2000 years.

                

Jesus said, in Matthew 16: 2-3:

"He answered them and said, 'When it is evening you say, it will be fair weather for the sky is red, and in the morning you say 'It will be foul weather today for the sky is red and lowing'. Oh you hypocrites, you can discern the face of the sky but can you not discern the signs of the times?"

If, as the majority of End Time Bible scholars believe, that Israel is God's "time-clock", and that "summer is nigh", when the "fig tree" puts forth her leaves, as she did in 1948...Some say 1967.     Matthew 24:22 and Luke 21:30

But I believe 1948 has more significance to the rebirth of Israel as a nation...The Bible says that this generation which saw 1948 shall not pass  (in Jesus' own words), before the Son of Man Returns.

This is reiterated in:

Matthew 24:31, Mark 13:30, and Luke 2:32

That means we are far closer to His SECOND COMING than to His first! I'm not referring to any STEALTH ARRIVAL.

I am talking about when Jesus arrives in the clouds, at the apex of mankind's history, where "every eye shall see Him".   (Revelation 1:7):

"Behold He cometh with clouds; and EVERY EYE SHALL SEE HIM, and they also which pierced Him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of Him." KJV

I have been waiting for this event ever since I was a toddler. My father read me Bible stories - especially from the Old Testament. He would tell me as he tucked me in at night, "JESUS IS COMING SOON!"

Even President Trump is playing a role causing end time events to fall into place as he recently declared Jerusalem the capital of Israel.

Seeing how the Lord's return is so very near that we can almost reach out and touch Him, I'm starting a NEW CHRISTMAS TRADITION THIS YEAR.

I am celebrating Christ's SECOND ADVENT with faith that He will bring TRUE PEACE ON EARTH WITH HIS RETURN.

Meanwhile I will think of Anna and Simeon, who sensing the nearness of Messiah, waited in the Temple until they saw Him with their very own eyes!

And, as people exchange gifts, its no longer the wise men I'll be thinking about. Rather, it's the TWO WITNESSES OF REVELATION        
whose deaths will cause the entire world to exchange gifts with joy - just like at Christmas!

Revelation 11:8:

"And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth."

Believers in Messiah won't be exchanging gifts but the unredeemed will be so relieved at the so-called "torment" the two witnesses dished out that the whole earth will rejoice at their demise.

The really sad thing is that most Christians imagine they will be whisked away because of the recently popularized  doctrine of a quick escape before all these things come to pass.

If the martyrs of history had to patiently endure tribulation, why would we modern Christians be any more privileged to escape and not have the honor of laying down our lives for Him?

The Bible says we are not "appointed to wrath" which is absolutely true. I Thess. 6:9

But the "trying of our faith" worketh patience.
        James 1:3

And the Bride must make herself ready for the Bridegroom's return.

Revelation 18:7-18

Have you made yourself ready? Is your gown purged white? Or are you simply living a routine of mediocre Christianity without the power and presence of the Living Messiah, the comfort and constant awareness of the Holy Spirit?

Don't you think that it is time, in faith, that we should NOW celebrate His Second Arrival? Seeing as how it is SO CLOSE! All the signs are there if you simply look.

May His peace and joy fill your lives and family this season.

TRUMPETS - ANGELIC CHOIRS

I heard a choir of angels coming back to Florida on the airplane after my dad's funeral. I heard his tenor voice singing a solo in that choir. Of course I was the only one on the plane who could hear this personal audio-vision. I believe God gave it to me to give me comfort about my father's death.

Tonight I heard another choir of angels on YouTube. It's called "A CHOIR OF ANGELS (SLOWED 800%)

I have never heard a CD like this, although I have heard cd's that were synthesized to sound like angels singing. The video I heard tonight sounded supernatural in nature. It beckoned me like the ancient sirens of the seas, to the great expanse of the heavens.

It was somewhat reminiscent of the heavenly choirs heard on the beaches at dawn and dusk in the movie "City of Angels" so it could have been faked. But the audio vision I had coming home from my father's funeral made me open to the possibility that such music might be heard by humans, under certain circumstances.

I know a pastor and his wife who swear that the area above the piano in their living room is a portal to heaven...that angels ascend and descend as they worship the Lord with other Christians in their living room.


If indeed this was truly recorded in a spiritual or natural setting without the aid of synthesizers, and truly was slowed down 800% as reputed, then what did it sound like at natural speed?

Some of the videos I have been listening to of mysterious trumpet sounds from around the world for the past seven years, were very similar to the sound of this angelic choir. Indeed, if the videos sounds were slowed down, even the ones sounding different than choirs or trumpets might be more recognizable to the human ear.

Some people might find it eerie. But I am absolutely convinced that these are signs of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

In Leviticus 25:9 trumpets were connected with the Day of Atonement. Christian Bible scholars who study the Jewish feast days and their correlation with end time prophecy, believe that the Lord's Return will occur on a future Day of Atonement, or the Feast of Trumpets.

    

Trumpets are also connected with announcements in the Old Testament. Trumpets can signal warnings:

Ezekiel 33:6    Hosea 8:1     and   Joel 2:1.

Trumpets are also mentioned often in the book of Revelation.

According to Revelation 1:10 KJV  voices can sound like trumpets.  Revelation 8:13 depicts angel voices SOUNDING LIKE trumpets.

Doesn't the Bible say that choirs of angels sang over Bethlehem skies above the heads of the shepherds when Jesus was born?

Luke 2:8-15  and Luke 2:15 "a multitude of heavenly host praising God" KJV.

Therefore shouldn't the trumpets of angels and their voices herald His Second Coming as well? Perhaps these unexplained trumpet sounds coming from the skies are angel trumpets trying to signal His soon coming.

STRUMPETS

In the Biblical book of Ezekiel 23:1-44, there are two sisters. The eldest is named Ohola. The youngest is Oholibah. They are both "party girls", or as they used to say in the old days, tarts or tramps.

Ezekiel describes them as going after the handsome uniformed soldiers like hunting dogs chasing wild boar. In the ancient spirit of Diana the Huntress, the two sisters symbolized by the prophet as depicting Samaria and Jerusalem, chased men for their own lurid pleasure, seducing them into their perfumed beds.

When I was 20 the Lord showed me that there was also a more modern symbolism. Sometimes there can be different layers of prophetic meanings at different times in history.

I saw the older sister as akin to Israel, who at times went whoring after gods other than the True and Living God.

Yahweh called them abominations. Throughout history He withdrew His blessings from Israel when they pursued false gods.

The younger sister, called Judah or "Praise", was like America, once a godly nation, but now deserving a fate worse than Sodom and Gomorrah, as the once God-fearing, God-purposed nation turned their back completely on their Creator and God-ordained destiny.

The spirit of prostitution, and killing of their offspring has turned the nation into a magnet for God's impending judgement.

Famous evangelist Billy Graham once said, "If God doesn't judge America, He will have to apologize to Sodom and
Gomorrah".

God showed me the two nations are "joined at the hip" by a common spiritual destiny...to give light to the nations, and with that Light the Freedom that comes with it.

I don't know for sure if the revelation that God gave me in 1979, about America being the "Whore" of mystery Babylon, could possibly be true.

The so called "Whore" of  "Mystery Babylon" is the one who "rides" or basically controls (by reins) the Beast.

During a recent Super Bowl game a famous female pop musician portrayed herself as the woman riding the beast. When a totally secular (not clued in) music performer portrays this symbolism in one of our highest profile, widely-viewed annual traditions, a message is being displayed.

Consciously or unconsciously she intuits the direction of our nation. As many performers are puppets to spout the "One World" message, she may have been propagandizing our nation's current direction.

So back in 1979 when I thought I was hearing from God about it -  I prayed and asked the Lord if this were true to give me further proof. Because I have always loved my America and could barely think of the notion that she would be the "whore that sits upon many waters".

Then, that same year, a pastor out of California, named Chuck Smith, started preaching the very thing that I thought I had heard from God!

Now, quite a few Bible scholars are coming out with books pointing to the idea.

I prayed and asked the Lord about this. Douglas Krieger believes that the AntiChrist may rise out of America in some way. Joel Richardson believes the AntiChrist must be a follower of Mohammed.

There was recently an individual at the highest realms of our government who - though out of sight  - is doing incredible things to try to maintain the status quo of the ruins of America which he finalized for the Globalist cartel pushing for One World Government. That individual can be proven to be a practicing follower of those who would call him their "Mahdi".

You can almost hear him saying like Arnold Schwarzneggar, "I'll be back!"

Most of America is not following the true news. They are suckered into believing that what they are watching on major networks is the truth, when in fact it is carefully guided propaganda.

Those who are not following closely world events do not realize that we are on the precipice of World War III.

If trouble occurs with North Korea, both China and Russia have pledged not to stand idly by. They won't be our allies.

If war with North Korea starts up this will likely trigger a conflagration in the Middle East as well.

So while most Americans are shopping for Christmas presents and Christmas meal items, the rest of the world is ready to go up in flames.

Christmas is a time when most of us think about food. In fact, despite or perhaps because we live in a post-Christian culture, all many people think about is FOOD at the holiday.

We are well-plucked, blind turkeys ready to be slaughtered by our ignorance of what is really going on in the world...Ready to be taken down by surprise when a rogue nation detonates atomic weaponry over our skies. Ready to die happily as long as our stomachs are full because heaven forbid that our oversized appetites are not fulfilled.


Our decimated military can barely match the preparedness and weaponry of other, more prepared nuclear nations. It was the U.S. who disarmed after the SALT II treaty, not Russia.

The Pentagon isn't listening to the current president's attempts to rebuild the military. Just this week Green Beret commandants were accused of making the requirements for their special forces more lax and easier to pass.

Also, this week it was reported that Chicago is inviting in the United Nations to protect their city, rather than the police or National Guard. The Socialist mayor, friend of a recent president, wants to start the trend of bringing the U.N. into the U.S. to police it, getting America conditioned to the idea.

The U.S. economy fools many by looking superficially healthy on the surface. Except of course for the failure of many large chain stores, and the closing of multitudes of malls. It is actually ready to tank at any moment.

Our national debt is irreconcilable, and even an astute businessman might not be able to salvage it. Eventually, cash will be as outdated as the horse and carriage.

We all will be required to take a "chip" or an identifying mark on our hands (or forehead), in order to be paid for work, pay rent, buy groceries, pay for utilities and vehicles.

The world is ready to change overnight. And all the people are hopelessly fantasizing about their Christmas cookies, and crumpets, as the case may be.

The majority of people are carrying on in a state of cognitive dissonance as though all is normal. Where normality may disappear overnight - with the shutdown of the electrical grid, the stoppage of truck shipping...a state of Martial Law could appear overnight. When I was a little girl I was surrounded by very successful family members. My aunts were schoolteachers. One even became a college professor. She constantly exhorted me to go to college but never offered any help to do so.

Both my grandfathers ran successful businesses most of their lives. Uncles on both sides were ministers - ranging from staid and straight Lutheran style to the more edgy Pentecostal brand.

One great uncle was a professional football player, later working as a direct assistant to Vince Lombardi for decades, the legendary coach of the Green Bay Packers.

Another uncle had his own microchip company, before the market fell. Yet another owned a motorcycle dealership, where he also sold amphibious vehicles. Some of my cousins were teachers. Another aunt worked as a doctor on an Indian reservation.

My sister has worked for a huge pharmaceutical firm for years. My brother has an enviable position with yet another medical company. My mother worked for the state government. My father though an artist, worked for the Boilermakers' Union, before his passing.

My entire family is well-travelled, having gone to the ends of the earth, it seems. Some of them even lived as international missionaries for years, until politics drove them back to ministry in the United States.

There were also many veterans in my family - giving us all a patriotic and historical perspective.

Both Mom and Dad's families emphasized the importance of education and success.

Dad used to always promise me, "Study hard, and I'll send you to college." But they turned out to be empty words.

My plan was to go to either Columbia or Oral Roberts University to get a double major in Journalism and Psychology. I also dreamed of going to the Sorbonne, since I had taken several years of French.

But it was not to be. I was accepted at Columbia, Temple, and Edinburgh Universities, but my parents suddenly divorced, which put an end to my aspirations. Even with a teacher's promised help to get a scholarship, the money equation didn't work out.

My rebellion against the Lord for a few short years took its toll, as I struggled against loss of home, loss of family, lack of food, poverty, and the disappearance of all that I held dear.

My parents remarried and started new lives, new children, new homes, and rarely gave me a second's thought. There were no cellphones nor internet back in the late 1970's, with which to stay in touch.

After being driven by circumstances to repentance, and back into the Lord's Arms, I eventually ended up going to a two-year Bible college.  I lived on five dollars worth of vegetables a week, from a farmer's co-op. In my few spare hours I held down a part-time job at K-mart.

Eventually, the overwhelmingly restrictive rules, the Spartan living quarters, (four bunks to one small bedroom), being bound to campus during non-working hours, and not being able to pay for my tuition - drove me into a low-paying career as a travel agent.

I was strictly on my own, and forced to survive on my own resources, of which there were few. I didn't even own a car for many, many years.

From there my life took a nosedive downward, and has recovered only periodically for the rest of the duration.

More than once, if not for the Lord, I found myself in situations that could easily have cost my life.

I ended up raising a child on my own, working several jobs at a time to do so. Putting a roof over his head, providing food, clothing and entertainment, was never easy. Sometimes I had to rely on friends to babysit while I worked at low-paying jobs, struggling to pay rent, without the benefit of child support.

I can't honestly say that my faith never wavered. At times it did. I can't say that I was always thankful. At one point before my divorce from an abusive husband, the only thing we could afford from the grocery store was toilet paper, not even food. To this day I remember how it felt, walking into that grocery store, surrounded by walls and shelves of food, but unable to purchase anything to eat.

For several years after my son left home - much to my chagrin - I was finally able to afford more comfortable dwelling places, but never quite able to buy a home of my own.

I took real estate classes, and got several real estate licenses. Fortunately I finally managed to reach a bare bones level of success, relative to all I had experienced in my young adult years.

Intermittent illnesses would unfortunately intervene and eat up any spare income.

After several years of working sixteen hour days, 24/7 on call night and day, the economy crashed. Jobs were like precious jewels, rarely to be found, even for those with bachelor and master's degrees. Many former advanced professionals worked at McDonalds and Taco Bell. 

Homeless people filled the streets. Waiters and waitresses were former Wall Street traders and bonds market brokers.

I went back to a short-term school to redefine myself. From analyzing security vs air conditioning building issues on tall structures, I fell to the depths of cleaning feces and blood off of floors, after changing adult diapers on invalids.

The contrast was great. I missed the technical problem solving as I turned my mind to carefully placing pillows under the body of  stroke victims, or working with them on their water-borne physical therapy exercises. This I did for ten hours a day, six days a week, no holidays or overtime pay.

The work was just as hard or harder than climbing iron ladders and lifting myself up to building rooftops, to examine and program air conditioning units. Holding up the body of a male adult  for nursing purposes, is no small task. But the pay was less than half as much as I had been making.

Yet I was FINALLY THANKFUL. I was working again!

No more long waits in lines at churches for a few bags of dried beans and spaghetti. No more wandering from office building parking lot to the next, handing out literally hundreds of resumes. No more waiting in line for stale bread and cakes at food handouts.

I was working so many hours for so little pay I was finally able to save up enough to move to another state where unemployment was lower. It was also exciting to think that I would be close to my son again, since he had moved to the state after his stint in the Marines.

So I finally have a steady job. I am thankful. And I'm helping other people. That is satisfying. But I barely make enough to cover rent and bills. And I am not doing what I had hoped to do in life.

My son is angry because I spent so much time working to put a roof over his head. He blames me because he didn't have more than a couple pair of shoes to wear each year while going to school. He didn't have designer clothes or jeans, or a skateboard. He didn't get to do all the things all the other kids were doing. But he was LOVED. For that he is NOT GRATEFUL.

Although I manage to write in my spare time, I'm not able to churn out all the books I have in mind.

But I AM GRATEFUL for the turkey I received as I went to work yesterday, on Thanksgiving, to "minister" to others more lonely, and more ill than myself.

And though I heard nothing from my family at large, who I am absolutely sure were scarfing down huge amounts of turkey, dressing, and sweet potatoes... I am grateful.

I get to have a long weekend off. My own free turkey is in the oven right now roasting. I can smell the browning scent as it wafts into the living room.

I have two hands to write with. Two eyes to see with. Two legs to stand on. I still have my teeth. I can eat regular food and don't have to have my food ground up like baby-food.

My electric works to cook the turkey in the oven, and powers the heat which staves off the cold outside. I have running water, (though not good to drink). I can still buy bottled water. I even have instant mashed potatoes, instant stuffing, and cranberry sauce.

And YES. I AM TIRED. But I have paper and pen, and a computer to write. Access to the internet, and a way to broadcast my message... Even though my ministry doesn't even support the cost to have a ministry website.

I still have my God, Jesus Christ. The one and Only True and Living God. Heaven forbid that I be like the other nine lepers who didn't realize from where their healing came. They didn't take time to return and give Him thanks.  (Luke 17:12 ).

No matter how little we have, or how impossible it seems - if we are still breathing we can STILL MANAGE to FIND SOMETHING TO THANK GOD FOR.
